Here is my first pumpkin picture from the patch this year. 4 days old. I'm hoping this little thing will be over 1,000 pounds and at the weigh-off at the end of September. If it doesn't abort this one will be called Ricky (aka Gervais).

Looking good. I think that I will call my pumpkin Wimp. At the first hint of sunshine ,it starts to wilt and run for cover.
ReplyDeleteLol. My plants do that to. The younger leaves aren't use to the sun and don't have any structure so a little heat and sun and they just fold. I mist them a little and they usually get happier.
